Starter includes 500 runtime minutes per month, up to 3 MT5 symbols, up to 5 years and 1 active job. Pro includes 2000 minutes, up to 5 MT5 symbols, up to 8 years and 2 active jobs. Unlimited includes fair-use runtime, up to 8 MT5 symbols, up to 10 years and 3 active jobs.

Yes, depending on your plan limits.

Runtime is counted only while your job is actually executing. Queue waiting time is not counted. Usage is measured per job, not per symbol.

Unlimited jobs are not hard-blocked, but queue priority drops when usage is very heavy over the last 24 hours. This keeps the platform responsive for everyone while still allowing long research runs.

Trial results are delivered by email. Paid plans keep downloadable job artifacts for a limited retention window: 14 days on Starter and 30 days on Pro and Unlimited. After that, the job stays in history but old ZIP artifacts may be removed.

EAs are handled in a private workspace. We do not share your files with other users.

TickMaster currently supports a curated list of tradable symbols inside its MT4 and MT5 backtesting environment. Symbol availability depends on the platform dataset maintained by the system.
